After booking your training, you will receive two emails: one with instructions and the next steps to start your training journey with us and another to set up your password on the Lash Perfect Academy platform.
Please note, if you have previously booked a course with us, you may not receive the second email – you can use your existing Lash Perfect Academy details to login.

The Lash Perfect Academy online learning platform will guide you through your learning, and how to book your live practical assessment when required.

Once logged into the platform, you will be able to see all of the courses you are enroled in. Select your chosen course, and work through each of the lessons at your own pace.

Q: How long is the course?
A: As you can complete the course at your own pace, this varies. The course has chapters with various lessons, quizzes and videos. On average, it takes trainees 2-4 weeks to complete the online learning content along with their assessment for certification.

Q: Will I be able to get insurance?
A: Yes! We have worked closely with ABT insurance and HABIA for a number of years to ensure we provide you with an education which allows you to gain insurance after certification. All Lash Perfect Academy courses are accredited by ABT, and are endorsed by HABIA who offer CPD points per course to enable you to progress in your professional development. Before you pay for any course, it is important to check that it is accredited by a recognised body. Lash Perfect Individual Eyelash Extensions: 8 CPD points (or 8 HABIA brand hours).

Q: When will I receive my kit?
A: After you purchase your training and kit, the kit will be shipped to your chosen delivery address within 5 working days.

Q: How do I start the Free Express Lash Masterclass?
A: After you complete your Lash Perfect Classic Individual Eyelash Extension Training Course, you will automatically be enrolled in the Lash Perfect Express Online Masterclass. The learning platform has information on this, and you will also receive emails to guide you through the process. Basically you just log back onto Lash Perfect Academy Learning platform and go to your dashboard to begin the course.
